1.  Finding the right lot.  

The lot that you choose will make a difference to what floor plan you will be able to build.

 

2.  Finding the floor plan that fits your needs.  

We custom build homes and can help guide you in the design and style of your new home.

3. Secure financing and sign the purchase agreement to make it official.

4.  Pulling permits and Breaking ground.  

There will be excavating followed by pouring footings and then constructing the basement walls.

​

5.  Framing.  This is where you can really start to see your new house take shape.

​

6.  The roof, windows, doors and siding are installed next to keep the home water tight.

​

7.  HVAC, electric, plumbing and insulation go in next followed by sheetrock, mud/tape.

​

8.  Hardwood floors, tile, cabinets, countertops, doors and trim are installed.

​

9.  Paint, electric and plumbing fixtures are next on the list.

​

10.  Carpet is one of the last things to go in and then the house is ready for final touch-ups and a final cleaning.

11.  Final walk-through with the builder, go to closing at a title company and move in!
